Run Leash Engine and Postgres locally for one person.

This mode has no Leash Cloud sign-in. Docker supplies Postgres; Engine runs as the local Node.js service. Features execute directly inside Engine and do not use containers.

python3 run.py --mode individual-open-source --clean-slate --yes

Provide your own model provider key when a Feature needs evaluation. Desktop updates still use the public Leash update feed.
