Events and hooks

Stable compatibility contracts used by Leash clients and agents.

Existing /v1/plugins, manifest IDs, openleash.* identifiers, and environment variables remain stable compatibility contracts. Product UI calls the bundled implementations Features.

Installed hooks send normalized agent events to the configured Engine API. Engine executes enabled Features in process and returns a surface-specific allow, ask, or deny decision. Input replacement is shown only for an agent and event after conformance verification.
